Very easy order process for custom builds. They have lots of sections that are not too daunting or complicated, everything is labeled clearly and separated into a nice streamline process. The process time was excellent, my PC was shipped roughly 2 weeks after I ordered and delivered within 2 days of it being dispatched with A LOT of packaging for security and product safety, I had no fear that anything could have been damaged during the delivery. During the build time I even contacted their technical support about my order specifically with a few questions and they swiftly responded and helped me with some quires I had. The only issue I would mention is that during the build options for certain parts there was no price tag next to them when selecting, for example when looking through graphics cards there was an abundant selection but unless you select one, to see the total price with and without there was no way to see how much of a cost difference there is between any two cards, unlike other sections such as CPU cooling where the price is clear in brackets e.g (£59) next to that part. Overall excellent service and will 100% for sure use PC Specialist again.
