I purchased a gaming pc from PC Specialist after reading a review in a PC magazine. The specific item reviewed was unavailable at the time. However, when I called to inquire when it would be available, the PC Specialist representative was able to configure the same specification, only with a couple of alternative (better) components for a marginal increase in price. Communication from PC Specialist was frequent and helpful, and the PC arrived according to the timeline I was given at the time of purchase. My son is thrilled with his new PC, and I have to say, it looks absolutely fantastic (see picture). I am typically wary of purchasing things on the internet. However, the professionalism of PC Specialist meant that I had no concerns from the time of purchase to the time of delivery. Set up was extremely simple, thanks to clear instructions and advice shared in emails from PC Specialist. The PC is fantastic and its price was very competitive. When you add to this the quality of service and peace of mind, the overall product from PC Specialist was terrific value. If you are looking to purchase a new PC and you want to be sure of getting value for money from a company that clearly cares about quality, then i would not hesitate to highly recommend PC Specialist.
