There was no option for 4.5 stars so I had to award 5. The overall service from order to delivery was very good and what I would expect to receive. The only downside I have is the lack of information relating to the components on offer, especially with the graphics cards. I had to go to the Nvidia site to see how many and what type of ports the card had. When I entered the card specification, it said that it had 1xDP and 1xHDMI but when the PC arrived, it had 1xDVI and 1xHDMI. This wasn't the be-all and end-all, it just meant that I had to order a DVI to DP cable. Apart from that, I'm very happy and would definitely use again for future products.
