My new PC was delivered over two weeks ago. Delivery, packaging, etc. all absolutely fine. However, the "f" key on the wireless keyboard didn't work. Notified the company and it took well over a week to get an answer about how to send the old one back and get a replacement. The replacement turned up on Friday but the mouse and USB receiver were missing from the pack this time. I am now involved in an ongoing saga about them checking CCTV footage in their stores to see what happened when they packed it. I'm not interested in what happened at their end - I just want the functioning keyboard and mouse combo that I ordered. Very poor customer service on this. Shouldn't be taking this long. Have asked for a refund and will source this separately elsewhere.
