My PC was sent within the promised timeframe and communications throughout were excellent, as is the PC itself. I had one issue with the Windows 11 build (systemsettings.exe crasing when trying to change taskbar settings). Quickly resolved with DISM/SFC /scannow so I didn't get a chance to test support. This should probably have been picked up in testing/config, hence one star deducted, but overall a good experience and I would definitely use PC Specialist again.
