I really like how easy it is to pick the type of laptop I wanted and be able to customise certain components. I'm not hugely technically minded, but this gave me enough options to increase the spec of my machine without being overwhelmed. The price seems reasonable for this spec and I was happy to be buying from a company with a good reputation. Having a checklist of what stage my new laptop was in production/delivery was helpful. Overall, so far, very happy.
