Customer service was great I basically just knew what processor and graphics card I wanted and after telling them my budget they filled in the rest of the quote within £100 of my budget. Build time and delivery were quick i got my PC within 7 working days. Only dropped 1 star as i was slightly disappointed with the case nobody told me that it came with only 2 basic fans so no RGB lighting so the case is dark inside and for the sake of £76(LED fans and controller kit) it would of looked a lot better inside but my fault i guess as i never specified i wanted cool looking fans, i just assumed that if I was spending 3k on a PC it would of looked better and not just like a big black box and I don't want to send it back just to get fans fitted.
