The selection and co figuration process was really easy and well explained. I had a few questions and contacted customer support for advice. This was clear and helpful. The PC arrived in about a week - super fast - and I was kept informed throughout. This was a great service and I would thoroughly recommend it. The polar opposite of the egregious Dell.
