Going through the normal procedure on Pc Specialists web site , assuming this payment had been processed. And receiving an email from Pc Specialist to say that I did not need to take any other action. This proved not to be the case. But after a phone call & another try on line, the payment went through. Computer arrived on the date specified. Packaging in good order. Except for the Internal foam insert, which proved very difficult to remove. I realise it is there for a good reason. But this was jammed in so tight, I was afraid of doing damage to the components when trying to remove it. Eventually I had to cut it away. Computer up & running now. PC Specialist 1st choice.
