I bought a 7000£ gaming desktop PC from PCSpecialist.
About 6 months in, it started having random issues with graphical stuttering which I reported to PCSpecialist.
It's now been more than 1 month of going back and forth with their Support Teams. I have to call them every week just to get an update (or else I hear nothing back at all). I do this only to be asked to send the same information and logs over and over again with the only explanation being "It's a very odd issue".
It's the worst IT Support experience I've had, and I've been working in IT for years and dealing with all sorts of IT Departments.
Do not recommend.
