I have bought several PC's from this company before and they have always been good. I have been having some issues with this one which their technical support team have been helpping me with. Some of the issues have been Windows 11 (I do NOT like it). Another issue was with the case. I bought a high end gaming PC but just went for a very cheap case, I did not think it mattered. What I found was the front USB ports were not great quality, (Fair enough on a cheap case) which meant when I used an external hard drive connected to them it crashed a lot. Moving to the ultra high speed ports on the motherboard at the back helped a lot, though I am still not quite sure. The reality is if you have a complex PC with a lot of software and data on it, transfering to a new computer and resetting everything up is a long complex and tedious task. I have been working on it for 8 days now and have not yet finished. Having support from the PC specialist technical staff has been a great help. I have always and will still recommend PC Specialist though I still have a nagging doubt something is not quite right with the machine at the moment. Monitoring it carefully to see what issues develop but confident PC Specialist team will help me with it if any of the hardware is defective.
