The order process was nice and simple, the customer service was fantastic when I had questions about a few parts choices I made. The whole order took under 5 working days (from going into production to arriving at the door) I would love to include flashy RBB pictures of the system but I refer no RGB so set it to off but when it first turned on it was the image of perfection. I have had a couple of teething issues with the system but nothing worth dropping a star. Price... not cheep but value for money for certain for the security that the system was built and set up without having to deal with it myself. At this point I have had this system just under 2 weeks and hope that no point in the future will I have any need to change the review.
