Laptop delivered on time, and I was kept fully updated on its progress while it was being built and checked. It was securely packaged when delivered, and for the price (£700) easily out-performs any similarly-priced machine I could have picked "off the shelf". The laptop is fast and easily customisable with a first-class screen and battery life. And the lack of any annoying bloatware is a massive plus. The only downside - and this is purely down to personal preference - is that I'm not a fan of the old-school number pad to the right of the keyboard, which takes up unnecessary space and makes me type in a way that feels off-centre, so sometimes I hit the wrong keys. Other than this minor quibble, I couldn't be happier.
