Really good experience. I don't know much about computers, and I found the thought of specifying my own PC quite daunting. However, the website and the ordering process was straightforward, cheaper than competitors I looked at, and with a very quick service (I paid for a 5 day turnaround). Since I got it and set it up, it's worked like a dream, with clear instructions emailed to me and in the box for set up, and a really powerful computer that is like night and day for photo editing compared to my last laptop. I'm very impressed and would recommend this to anyone.
