I have ordered multiple machines now from PC Specialist. They have been quite solid so far:
- Pre-sales technical support: good. Easy to reach and knowledgeable.
- Communication: good. I was kept updated my orders progressed.
- Delivery: good. Delivered on time and in good condition.
- Build quality: Very good (all machines).
Downsides:
- They don't check their machines for Linux compatibility.
- The PC configuration workflow on their website could be improved.
