From the point of placing the order to receiving the PC I have been impressed. The communication during the whole process from PC Specialist was exemplary, delivery times were spot on and and my son is a very happy customer. DPD we’re the only disappointment as they delivered the box upside down causing the PC to become dislodged from its foam cradle. PC specialist customer services were very helpful when I spoke to them about potential damage to the machine and how to return the machine if needed.
