I had no clue when it came to putting together my first gaming PC, so I signed up to the PCSpecialist forum and received help from a lovely mod who helped balance out things I had chosen, in turn making it run better. My PC can basically run anything at recommended, which is what I was after. I still have no clue about it all but I’m sure I’ll learn in time. From the time it took to build to the time it was in my hands was 5 working days, so I didn’t even need to pay for the fast track service. I also accidentally used the wrong address for delivery, so contacted their customer service who promptly changed it for me. All around my experience with everything was very pleasant.
