Price is usually lower than competitors. Delivery and packaging means that your computer arrives in one piece, I have never had to return or refund so I cannot comment on that.
I have been a customer of PC Specialist for many MANY years, before that I was a customer of CCL, picking parts and doing it myself.
PC Specialist put it together just as well, if not better than I do.
