I have personally ordered two systems from PC Specialist. Enticing my brother to also purchase two systems as well. They are a pretty good local computer company. They have superb customer support. Only downsides I can think of, are the builds of their Clevo Laptops, but they just assemble them. The design is from a Taiwaneese company. Subsequently, my computer arrived with a faulty GPU, which they promptly replaced in two days. However, was given a Zotac variant of the same GPU with a lower-clock. Which is nit-picking. I would recommend them highly.
