I have purchased two custom PCs and a custom laptop from PC Specialist, and I am extremely satisfied with both the builds and the service provided. These machines are primarily used for 3D work, and they have consistently handled all my scenes with ease.
Any issues or concerns I've encountered were promptly addressed by PC Specialist.
I recently bought the Recoil 17" custom laptop from them, which I plan to take with me while traveling. While I haven't had the opportunity to fully test it yet, I am content with the build quality and benchmark performance.
