The web site was very easy to use. As i don't know too much about computers the fact that the site showed any incompatibilities in my choices was fantastic. It went as far as to say the power unit I chose was over-powered for the system. I received lots of updates as to the progress of the computer build. One mail even showed a picture of the completed unit. Delivery was quick and the packaging was really good with strong boxes being used. The inside of the computer was packed with foam ensuring no damage to delicate components. The computer looks good and works fine. I am really pleased to have used PC Specialists as my computer supplier.
