Could not be any more happy with the whole process start to finish. Customising my machine was so easy and smooth, then the production process is so transparent and quick! I love that I'm informed of the same of the person doing each stage - really shows that you have nothing to hide, and you take ownership. Loved the 360 preview once the build was done - really built up the hype! 10/10 would use again in a heartbeat!
