The website was so straightforward even for someone who knows nothing about building a pc. Recommended specs to fit my needs and was very user friendly. Computer was built and came within expected time but I think something got knocked loose during shipping as the computer didn't boot correctly. Rang up the support line and the guy on the other end walked me through disassembling the PC and putting it back together with ease. Works like a charm and no issues what so ever. Great product and great support as well.
