PC Specialist kept us in the loop from the moment we searched for a PC to when we placed our order, and then there was feedback on a structural issue - then refunded was prompt, to the testing of our machine and then finally the despatch of the machine. We were informed all the way even with a hitch - will definitely deal with PC Specialist again
