Over the years, I have purchased my home PC (the one I'm using here), a laptop for personal use and eight PCs for use in a teaching environment. I am now writing about my most recent purchase for use in a small office environment.
The first two purchases (home PC and laptop), exceeded my expectations by some considerable way. Having raised my expectations to such a level, one might wonder if PC Specialists could continue to rise to the occasion for every future purchases. Well, wonder no more. They have not only risen to the level, but with a few added touches, i.e. the simple emails updating me on the progress of the PC build and delivery, they have gone even further.
This latest PC, was delivered well within the notified timescales and, as expected from past experience, was packaged extremely well. Having put it together and set up a few programmes, it is working exactly as expected.
To conclude, it is a sad fact that service levels in this country have, with many companies, fallen and as a consequence, when spending money upfront on an online purchase you will often have that niggling fear. You know the one, will it be delivered, will be in one piece and will it work or will I have to chase it up, wait for weeks and put up with a shoddy product. With PC Specialist, you can simply place the order, sit back and get on with all the other things going on, secure in the knowledge it will meet your expectations.
