Very happy with my PC. I have bought from PCSpecialist before, and I have recommended it to friends, who have all had good experiences. Even when there are issues PCSPecialist are on hand to help.
I had some queries while my PC was being built, and their phone customer support was very quick.
One thing I like is that they send you all the spare parts from the case, PSU cables etc. along with the completed build, which helps for upgrading down the line. Not all PC builders do this annoyingly.
