I have just purchased one of their custom built PC's it came with proprietary ram and I was not given the option to upgrade that to a branded product which I am already after only 3 weeks looking to replace as the strongest I was offered was only 3200mhz although I have 64gb of it a labour intensive process may very well put pressure upon that I would have liked the option of a higher branded product. Besides that the purchasing customer ice and shipping of the device was fantastic and an absolute pleasure to deal with them.
