All stages of order, from design, confirmation and delivery is well informed, regular updates via email. Packaging is sturdy and well designed so computer arrives in great condition. Water cooled, tempered glass cases arrive without issue. Had multiple machines over a number of years now, defintely recommend PC Specialist.
