I built a custom PC - the configurator has a great function where it makes sure that you can't pick incompatible components, as well as ensuring that your PSU isn't too underpowered (or overpowered!) which is a great touch.
Amazing communications - got constant updates with photos of my build, then the ship date and time slot.
I got in touch with them via email about a component change after initial specifications were sent in and they were quick and helpful in their reply.
This is the second PC I've built with them - can't recommend them enough.
