Wanted to purchase a PC for my daughter to help her with her university course - I know nothing about computers but I had a certain specification which her tutor had given her - I passed the spec over to PC Specialist and they advised me of the kit that she needed even advising on changing one or two things around to speed the PC up for her. The transaction went very smoothly and PC Specialist kept me informed at every step with regular updates as to where the PC was in its build stage. The PC was delivered by courier as and when they said it would. I personally delivered it myself to my daughter at Uni and by the time I got home she had already installed it with the instructions she had been given by PC Specialist. Overall a very positive experience.
