So easy! I was kept really well informed of the progress of the build. I was really impressed as I didn't expect to be kept so well informed. Delivery was quick, and again kept very well informed down to a 10 minute window! Delivery was delicately done - no damage, not even a scratch to the box. Extra well packed to protect the PC! I was recommended by a friend and have recommended since getting my son's PC.
