The ordering process was easy with the ability to configure the system as I wanted it. Being critical, better and more detailed pictures of the case options would have helped a bit - it's supposed to be a PC case, not a disco, so pictures of how the various components fit within the case would be more helpful than arty shots of RGB lights. Pricing was cheaper than the competition and although I could have bought the bits cheaper, not having to build it myself and getting a warranty make the small premium worth while. The overall build quality is good enough as a custom build & the pictures provided after assembly was a nice touch, likewise the status updates gave me confidence that the order was progressing. Delivery was a smooth process with the PC arriving on time and well packed in a sturdy box with good all round protection. Again, a nice touch was the box containing all the spare parts, screws, blanking plates, etc from the case and parts - it's good to know that if I change the system in future that I have these. The less said about the Windows 11 set up process the better, but that's not down to PCS. Overall I'm very satisfied with the whole process and product.
