Over the past 12 years my company have bought over six PCs from PC Specialist for my home office. What are most like about this company' products and service are: 1) The web shop is easy to use - no problems and reliable. 2) The online configurator is good 3) Very competitive pricing 4) Use of generic parts so that future upgrade and modification is easy to do oneself 5) The supplied hardware has been quite reliable over the long term 6) Only once had to claim on warranty (long ago) for a defective video card - the problem was resolved very quickly by sending me a replacement card that I fitted myself All in all, I am very satisfied with PC Specialist and wont hesitate to purchase my next PC tho them in a few years time.
