I wanted a new PC for 1080p video editing with occasional special effects. Most companies offered specs that were too advanced or too basic. PC Specialist offered what I wanted, with more configuration options than their competitors. One oddity with the online configuration was that, for a particular motherboard/CPU/GPU combination, from one sample-spec starting point I was offered only PCS RAM, while from another I could choose PCS or Corsair. It took me some time to discover the 2nd approach. The online configurator helpfully advise me that I didn't need as powerful a PSU as I'd originally specified. I put several queries to PCS in the run-up to ordering, during the build, and after delivery. I got timely, helpful responses to all these. Delivery was as promised, with good packaging. The one issue post-delivery was warning beeps from the motherboard suggesting an issue with the graphics card. I pressed down on the card to ensure it was properly seated - it seemed to be already properly seated, but there've been no further beeps since I did that. So either there was an issue or the motherboard is hyper-sensitive. Overall I'm very happy so far.
