The order process was relatively simple although the filter and comparison options when choosing the laptop configuration could be made more powerful and flexible. Other than that the build was quick, the tracking excellent, delivery on-time and the performance of the laptop frankly staggering for the price paid. I'll definitely be using PC Specialist as my 1st choice in the future.
