I recently got my first gaming desktop from PCSpecialist and I was very pleased with the entire process. Picking the parts was easy and if anything was incompatible it would tell me the problem in detail. I opted for 3 day fast track and was very impressed that considering there was a minor issue in the testing phase, it was dispatched very quickly and packaged well for delivery. As for the minor issue, I was contacted by phone to say the build wouldn't post with RGB RAM installed but worked with the none RGB variant. They made sure I was happy to proceed and provided a refund for the difference between RGB and non RGB. It was some of the best customer support and communication I've ever recieved. I'll be writing a in depth hardware and PCS experience review on a website that I write for as well... but I'm very happy.
