I selected what I wanted from a laptop and paid for that and only that. Brilliant because I want a larger ssd in my machine but don't need an expensive gpu which I'd usually have to pay for if I bought a pre built. I really can't complain.
I've also sent the 1 of the laptops i bought back for repairs a couple times that went smoothly and cheply as the machine was still under warenty
