The laptop arrived sooner than expected, in excellent packaging. Setting up was very straightforward. The only pain during use has been Microsoft - constant interruptions and requests to log in, pay for Word (which we don't use, much preferring LibreOffice) use their Internet protection (we use BitDefender).
The keyboard is terrific, as is the screen. We're very happy so far!
