The last time I bought a computer from PCS was in 2012. It still works great and outlasted the 2 laptops I bought from HP since then. For my next laptop, I decided to try out a PCS high end custom laptop and after 3 months of use I can say it has been great so far. I like the fact they have a very informative laptop/computer configuring page and I can pick and choose the configuration I want without ending up with a bad configuration - which usually is the risk of customization. I haven't needed to use their warranty or support so far, but I hope it is as good as their products.
