From initially browsing specs on the website, through placing the order to the earlier than expected delivery, every step of the process met or exceeded my expectations. Installation was totally uneventful, apart from my not realising that VGA was no longer in use. Fortunately I had a brand new DVI cable in my box of bits.
In addition, I encountered a few issues when updating my previous (six-year old) PC Specialist machine to use as a a backup, and the support for that was just as impressive as you'd expect for a new machine.
