Getting a PC made to spec was great, the process wasn't too confusing (just me not understanding what parts go with what - fortunately they flag all that up) once the order was in I got updates every day or so. It took 7 days to get as I ordered late on a Monday, really not bad for a custom made PC.
But the real joy is it works! I've had so many bad experiences this wasn't. Definitely would use them again.
