I accidentally ordered a laptop with a screen too small, so I immediately returned the laptop and my refund was processed really quickly and by a lovely person. They offered to do a refund (minus the cost of collecting) or to put the money against a replacement, and they would give me fast-track delivery and a gold warranty.
I thought this was very kind and the new laptop arrived super quickly, so I'm very grateful.
