The shopping experience was really straightforward given the clear and easy to use website, so I was already impressed. However, it was the customer experience afterwards that made me rate PC specialist so highly.
The speed they built the PC was fantastic, but it was the regular updates on the processing of the order that I appreciated. Every step was communicated and I was even sent a cool 3D image of my completed build once it was done.
I cannot recommend highly enough!
