Back as a customer after several years away (website changed quite a bit but soon worked out how to get what I wanted). Great build options and quick assembly, testing and despatch. Arrived the next day after despatch - even the delivery went smoothly!
New machine up and running quickly - a fair amount of messing around to transfer all my photos, music etc across.... but that's my fault not theirs.
Hopefully this PC will last me a good while before I need to upgrade again!
