The staff were very helpful in answering my questions before purchasing. The PC was manufactured and delivered in a timely fashion. It is a quality product. I fitted my own Blue Ray DVD Writer/Reader, and was given good advice regarding how to add additional power and digital connections. It also has a long Warranty. Altogether a quality experience. TBJ
