Very communicative, helpful and efficient. Very happy with the two pc's I ordered. PC specialist were excellent and keeping us informed of progress and sent images of the pc being built. The was a small issue initially of being advised about spec overseas who deals with international orders, was a little slow to respond taking a day or two for each query- and I'm not sure the advice was completely right. When I phoned up and spoke to a very helpful advisor in the UK who got everything sorted, although part of the original order was lost and I had to spend another hour going over this again which was frustrating.. I also had a payment difficulty which cost me some time also as the system wouldn't accept the payment. Without these point I would have given 5 stars. Brilliant customer service.
