I bought a laptop with a high spec for a very reasonable price. So far it seems spot on in terms of build quality and functions as I’d expect. Still getting used to some of the functionality and occasionally the fans have been a bit noisy but have yet to fully investigate power profiles. The instruction booklet which came with it had general info relating more to desktops than laptops, so the one star off was for that. A booklet with info on functionality and info on ports specific to the chosen laptop model would be nice; although I guess most people choosing a custom laptop have a fair idea what they’re doing. For me personally a bit of info on power profiles (and fan noise) might have been handy.
