First time PC builder. I have been thinking of building a PC for years but never got round to it as it seemed complicated and my knowledge in the area seems to lack substantially. However, PC specialist made the whole process very easy. I used their live chat functions to gain better knowledge of PC parts. I then built my own quote and asked other members of staff at PC Specialist to review my quote to make sure all components of my build would work. They checked it and confirmed its compatibility so I ordered the quote. But the good news doesn’t stop there. After purchasing my build I had daily updates of the progress on my computer all the way until delivery. My computer was packaged securely and sent with guides on setting up the PC to use it. I honestly cannot recommend PC specialist enough to first time PC builders. Easy 5 stars.
