Single best customer service experience I've ever had. I ran into an issue where the expansion kit I bought by mistake for my EXP broke because it wasn't the right fit, and Ashley from Powerblock's customer service team replaced my entire expansion set with the appropriate set, rather than only replacing my broken mismatched plate.
The dumbbells themselves are excellent, but the customer service from Powerblock is above and beyond anything else in the industry.
