These adjustable dumbbells are great. I chose the sport exp line because they were enough to get me started and could grow with my training. I've used adjustable dumbbells from a few manufacturers before my power blocks, they either lacked in durability or convenience of weight change. Have bought both upgrade sets and I have no regrets. I would easily reccommend them to anyone looking to start a home gym.
